Privacy Policy

Effective July 7, 2026

Prymetheus (“Prymetheus,” “we,” “us”) operates prymetheus.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business name, what you need help with, your business stage, and a description of where your work is getting stuck. We don't collect payment information through this site, and we don't require you to create an account.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate your inquiry, respond to you, and — if it looks like a good fit — send you a link to book an introductory call. We keep an internal record of submissions so we can follow up and track our own inquiry volume.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Submissions are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in Canada (DynamoDB, ca-central-1 region) and processed through AWS Lambda and Amazon SES to send emails. We also forward a summary of each submission to a private internal Discord channel so we notice new inquiries quickly. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. Per Vercel's documentation, it does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information — it reports aggregated page-view data only.

How long we keep it

We keep submission records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our own business records, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email hello@prymetheus.com and we'll take care of it.

Security

We rely on AWS's infrastructure and access controls to protect stored data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business inquiries and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
